Once a let has been agreed upon a provisional booking will be made with the estate on the clients behalf and only when Cargill Sporting has received written confirmation and a deposit will the date be confirmed and an invoice be issued.
Booking requirements
A 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking which must reach this office within 14 days of the booking. Please Note :- Late payment may result in the lose of the date/dates
The balance of the contract price will fall due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the let. Cargill Sporting will send a reminded a week before this deadline is due, failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the let.
If a booking is made 8 weeks or less prior to the let the total rental will be due immediately on receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing, if any booking is cancelled every effort will be made to relet the tenancy and only then will a refund less a small administration fee be made.
It is often possible to let a date/dates at short notice however you may have to reduce the fee in such cases the short fall will be payable by the original booking tenant.
Please note : If we are unable to relet the day/days the entire fee will be payable by the booking client.
In addition : I do recommend you take out canellation insurance.This covers you against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation of the shooting or fishing ie (bad weather or Disease such as foot anf mouth or bird flu). This dose not cover you against personal reason or misadventure.
Please note : All the prices quoted are inclusive of our agency fee, third party insurance and VAT.
